WORDINI
PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: 17 October 2026

This policy explains what data the mobile word game Wordini ("the game"; previously published as Kelime Hane: Bul ve Öğren) uses, why, and what choices you have. It applies to every version of the game, on iOS and Android.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Ardevtek Yazılım. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@ardevtek.com.

2. The short version

  • The game has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or age.
  • The puzzles are built into the game. Your progress is stored only on your device. There is no cloud save and no game server.
  • The game shows ads: rewarded ads that you choose to watch (for example for a free hint, an extra undo or double coins), occasional full-screen ads between levels, and banner ads on menu screens. There are no banner ads while you play a puzzle.
  • One third-party service receives data from the game: Google AdMob (ads).
  • The game has no analytics and no crash reporting of its own.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game. Settings → Delete progress erases your progress and keeps only your language choices.

  • Game progress: the stars you earned in each level, your coins, which categories and master puzzles you have unlocked or solved, and the category you played last.
  • Daily puzzle: your result for each day (time, stars, and which words you used a hint for), your streak and your streak protections.
  • Theme week and daily gift: which rewards you have collected.
  • Settings: interface language, puzzle language, sound, vibration and reduced motion.
  • How many rewarded ads you have watched today, so that the daily limit can be applied.
  • Copying a result: when you tap Copy result after a daily puzzle, the game copies a short summary to your device's clipboard: the game's name, the date, one square per word (showing where you used a hint), your time, your stars and your streak. It does not contain the words. You decide where to paste it; the game does not keep or send it anywhere.

4. Data shared with others

Google AdMob

  • What: advertising identifier (on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android the advertising ID), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions, and performance and diagnostic data from the ads software.
  • Why: to show and measure the ads, to limit how often you see them, and to prevent fraud.
  • Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland; iOS tracking permission). Personalised ads are shown only with that consent.
  • Ad content: the game asks Google only for ads rated at most PG (parental guidance).

Google processes this data under its own terms and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. How long data is kept

  • Data on your device: until you uninstall the game. Your progress also goes when you delete it in the game's settings.
  • AdMob data: according to Google's retention policies (see the links above).

6. Your choices

  • Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): the game asks for your consent before ads are loaded. Where this applies, you can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options.
  • iOS tracking: the game asks for tracking permission when you first open it. You can allow or deny it, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game works the same either way.
  • Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your device settings under Google → Ads (the exact path depends on the device).
  • Rewarded ads are optional: you can play the whole game without watching them.
  • Delete your data: Settings → Delete progress erases your progress on the device, and uninstalling the game removes everything it stored. To ask about data held by Google, contact us (see below).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot link data to you personally; if you contact us we will help you exercise these rights, including with Google, and reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

8. Children

The game is made for a general audience. It does not ask for age and does not ask anyone for personal information. Ads are limited to content rated at most PG (parental guidance). If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about your child's data, contact us and we will help, including with requests to Google.

9. Changes to this policy

If what the game collects changes, we update this page at the same address and change the effective date above.
