Unlock Circle Privacy Policy

Effective date: 12 October 2026

This policy explains what data the mobile game Unlock Circle ("the game") uses, why, and what choices you have. It applies to every version of the game.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Ardevtek Yazılım. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@ardevtek.com.

2. The short version

  • The game has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
  • Your game progress is stored only on your device. There is no cloud save and no game server.
  • The game shows ads: a rewarded ad that you can choose to watch to continue a run once, and occasional full-screen ads between runs. Ads are never shown during a run.
  • One third-party service receives data from the game: Google AdMob (ads). If you use Game Center, your scores and achievements go to Apple Game Center.
  • The game has no analytics and no crash reporting.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game.

  • Game progress: best scores, stars, keys, your needle and lock collections, daily task progress, achievements and game counters.
  • Daily Lock: your results for the last 30 days and your streak.
  • Settings: sound, music, vibration, language, needle direction and the daily reminder.
  • Daily reminder: if you switch it on, the game asks for notification permission and your device schedules up to seven local reminders. No server is involved and no push token is created.
  • Sharing: when you share a Daily Lock result, the game hands a short text (the game's name, the lock number, your score, your streak, a row of hit symbols and the App Store link) to your device's share menu. It goes only to the app you choose. The game does not keep or send it anywhere.

4. Data shared with third parties

Google AdMob

  • What: advertising identifier (on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android the advertising ID), IP address, device and app information, ad interactions.
  • Why: to show and measure the ads, and to prevent fraud.
  • Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland; iOS tracking permission). Personalised ads are shown only with that consent.

Google processes this data under its own terms and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Apple Game Center (iOS)

  • What: if you are signed in to Game Center, your best scores in Classic, Endless+ and Rhythm, your scored Daily Lock attempt (practice runs are not sent) and the achievements you unlock.
  • Why: to show leaderboards and achievements.
  • Legal basis: performing the feature you chose by signing in to Game Center. Apple processes this data under its own terms: apple.com/legal/privacy. You can sign out in iOS Settings → Game Center.

5. How long data is kept

  • Data on your device: until you uninstall the game.
  • AdMob data: according to Google's retention policies (see the links above).
  • Game Center data: in your Apple account, according to Apple's policies.

6. Your choices

  • Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): the game asks for your consent before ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options.
  • iOS tracking: you can allow or deny tracking when asked, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game works the same either way.
  • Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your device settings under Google → Ads (the exact path depends on the device).
  • Rewarded ads are optional: you can play the whole game without watching them.
  • Daily reminder: switch it off in the game under Settings → Daily reminder, or turn off notifications for the game in your device settings.
  • Delete your data: uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device. To ask about data held by Google, contact us (see below).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot link data to you personally; if you contact us we will help you exercise these rights, including with Google, and reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

8. Children

The game is made for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

If what the game collects changes, we update this page at the same address and change the effective date above.
