Math 99 Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 October 2026

This policy explains what data the mobile game Math 99 ("the game") uses, why, and what choices you have. It applies to every version of the game.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Ardevtek Yazılım. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@ardevtek.com.

2. The short version

  • The game has no accounts of its own. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or age.
  • Your game progress is stored only on your device. There is no cloud save and no game server.
  • The game shows ads: rewarded ads that you choose to watch (to continue a run or to unlock a theme), and occasional full-screen ads between runs.
  • One third-party service receives data from the game: Google AdMob (ads). If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements also go to Apple.
  • The game has no analytics and no crash reporting.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game.

  • Game progress: level and experience points, stars in 99 Stages, best scores, achievements, the number of games played, daily tasks and the weekly cup.
  • Learning statistics: for each math fact, how often you answered it, how often you were right and how long you took. They are used for the report card, practice and the mastery path.
  • Daily challenge: your result for the day and your streak.
  • Settings: sound, music, vibration, theme, display options, language and the daily reminder.
  • How many rewarded ads you have watched toward each locked theme.
  • Daily reminder: if you switch it on, the game asks for notification permission and your device schedules a local reminder. No server is involved and no push token is created.
  • Sharing: when you share a daily result, the game copies a short text (the game's name, the date, your score and your streak) to your device's clipboard. You decide where to paste it. The game does not keep or send it anywhere.

4. Data shared with others

Google AdMob

  • What: advertising identifier (on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android the advertising ID), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions, and performance and diagnostic data from the ads software.
  • Why: to show and measure the ads, to limit how often you see them, and to prevent fraud.
  • Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland; iOS tracking permission). Personalised ads are shown only with that consent.
  • Ad content: the game asks Google only for ads rated at most PG (parental guidance).

Google processes this data under its own terms and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Apple Game Center (iOS)

  • What: if you are signed in to Game Center, your scores go to the game's leaderboards and your achievements are recorded.
  • Why: to show leaderboards and achievements.
  • Legal basis: you choose to use Game Center. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We do not receive your Game Center data.

5. How long data is kept

  • Data on your device: until you uninstall the game.
  • AdMob data: according to Google's retention policies (see the links above).
  • Game Center data: according to Apple's policies, while you use Game Center.

6. Your choices

  • Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): the game asks for your consent before ads are loaded. Where this applies, you can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options.
  • iOS tracking: the game asks for tracking permission after your first game. You can allow or deny it, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game works the same either way.
  • Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your device settings under Google → Ads (the exact path depends on the device).
  • Rewarded ads are optional: you can play the whole game without watching them.
  • Game Center: you can sign out in iOS Settings → Game Center. The game works without it.
  • Daily reminder: switch it off in the game under Settings, or turn off notifications for the game in your device settings.
  • Delete your data: uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device. To ask about data held by Google, contact us (see below).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot link data to you personally; if you contact us we will help you exercise these rights, including with Google, and reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

8. Children

The game is made for a general audience. It does not ask for age and does not ask anyone for personal information. Ads are limited to content rated at most PG (parental guidance). If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about your child's data, contact us and we will help, including with requests to Google.

9. Changes to this policy

If what the game collects changes, we update this page at the same address and change the effective date above.
