Gem Arrows Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2 October 2026

This policy explains what data the mobile game Gem Arrows: Sort Puzzle ("the game") uses, why, and what choices you have. It applies to every version of the game.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Ardevtek Yazılım. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@ardevtek.com.

2. The short version

  • The game has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
  • Your game progress is stored only on your device. There is no cloud save and no game server.
  • The game shows ads: rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a reward, and, from level 6 on, occasional full-screen ads between levels.
  • Four Google services receive data from the game: Google AdMob (ads), Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports), Firebase Remote Config (game settings) and Google Analytics for Firebase (gameplay statistics). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics runs only with your consent.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game.

  • Game progress: unlocked levels, stars, collected minerals, coins, energy, win streak and how many times you have tried each level.
  • Daily puzzle: the days you solved, your streak, and the archive days you unlocked.
  • Settings: sound, music, vibration, language and the daily reminder.
  • Daily counters of the rewarded ads you have watched.
  • Daily reminder: if you switch it on, the game asks for notification permission and your device schedules a local reminder. No server is involved and no push token is created.
  • Sharing: when you share a daily puzzle result, the game hands a short text (the game's name, the date, step symbols and your streak) to your device's share menu. It goes only to the app you choose. The game does not keep or send it anywhere.

4. Data shared with Google

Google AdMob

  • What: advertising identifier (on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android the advertising ID), IP address, device and app information, ad interactions.
  • Why: to show and measure the ads, and to prevent fraud.
  • Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland; iOS tracking permission). Personalised ads are shown only with that consent.

Firebase Crashlytics

  • What: crash reports: stack trace, device model, operating system version, app version, and a Firebase installation identifier.
  • Why: to find and fix crashes.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the game working.

Firebase Remote Config

  • What: a Firebase installation identifier, the app version and your device language.
  • Why: to deliver game settings, such as balance values, without an app update.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and tuning the game.

Google Analytics for Firebase

  • What: gameplay events (for example, a level started, won or lost, a booster used, an ad watched), basic device and app information, and a Firebase installation identifier. It does not include your name, email address or anything you type.
  • Why: to understand where players get stuck and improve the game's difficulty and balance.
  • Legal basis: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, your consent only: analytics stays off unless you allow storing information on your device in the consent form. Elsewhere, analytics is switched on after the game's start-up privacy step, based on our legitimate interest in improving the game.

Google processes this data under its own terms and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. How long data is kept

  • Data on your device: until you uninstall the game.
  • Crashlytics crash reports: 90 days.
  • Analytics: 2 months.
  • AdMob and Remote Config data: according to Google's retention policies (see the links above).

6. Your choices

  • Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): the game asks for your consent before ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Menu → Privacy options.
  • iOS tracking: you can allow or deny tracking when asked, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game works the same either way.
  • Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your device settings under Google → Ads (the exact path depends on the device).
  • Rewarded ads are optional: you can play the whole game without watching them.
  • Daily reminder: switch it off in the game under Menu → Daily reminder, or turn off notifications for the game in your device settings.
  • Delete your data: uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device. To ask about data held by Google, contact us (see below).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot link data to you personally; if you contact us we will help you exercise these rights, including with Google, and reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

8. Children

The game is made for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

If what the game collects changes, we update this page at the same address and change the effective date above.
