Brick in Brick Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what data the mobile game Brick in Brick ("the game") uses, why, and what choices you have. It applies to Brick in Brick 2.0 and later, on iOS and Android.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Ardevtek Yazılım. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@ardevtek.com.

2. The short version

  • The game has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or age.
  • The game plays fully offline. Your progress is stored only on your device. There is no cloud save and no game server.
  • The game shows ads: rewarded ads that you choose to watch (for example to continue a game, for double coins or for extra balls), occasional full-screen ads after a game ends, and a banner ad on the main menu. There are no banner ads while you play.
  • One third-party service receives data from the game: Google AdMob (ads). On iOS, if you are signed in to Game Center, your best results also go to Apple's leaderboards.
  • The game has no analytics and no crash reporting of its own, and no in-app purchases.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes all of it.

  • Game progress: your coins, your best results in each mode (Classic, Daily board, Run), the ball colors you own and use, your Workshop upgrades, which task rewards you have collected, the totals the tasks count (best turn, bricks broken, triangle bounces), and which brick types you have already seen.
  • Daily board: your score, stars and streak.
  • An unfinished game in each mode, so that you can continue where you left off.
  • Settings: language, sound, music, vibration, aiming style and reduced motion.
  • Counters used by the ad rules: how many games you have finished, how many full-screen ads you have seen, and how many rewarded ads you have watched today, so that ad frequency and the daily limit can be applied.

4. Data shared with others

Google AdMob

  • What: advertising identifier (on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android the advertising ID), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions, and performance and diagnostic data from the ads software.
  • Why: to show and measure the ads, to limit how often you see them, and to prevent fraud.
  • Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland; iOS tracking permission). Personalised ads are shown only with that consent.
  • Ad content: the game asks Google only for ads rated at most PG (parental guidance).

Google processes this data under its own terms and may process it outside your country, including in the United States. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Apple Game Center (iOS)

  • What: if you are signed in to Game Center, your best Classic turn, your best Run floor and your Daily board score go to the game's leaderboards, together with your Game Center player profile.
  • Why: to show the leaderboards.
  • Legal basis: you choose to use Game Center. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We do not receive your Game Center data.

5. How long data is kept

  • Data on your device: until you uninstall the game.
  • AdMob data: according to Google's retention policies (see the links above).
  • Game Center data: according to Apple's policies, while you use Game Center.

6. Your choices

  • Consent: where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options.
  • iOS tracking: the game asks for tracking permission when you first open it. You can allow or deny it, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game works the same either way.
  • Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your device settings under Google → Ads (the exact path depends on the device).
  • Rewarded ads are optional: you can play the whole game without watching them.
  • Game Center: you can sign out in iOS Settings → Game Center. The game works the same without it.
  • Delete your data: uninstalling the game removes everything it stored on your device. To ask about data held by Google, contact us (see below).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot link data to you personally; if you contact us we will help you exercise these rights, including with Google, and reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

8. Children

The game is made for a general audience. It does not ask for age and does not ask anyone for personal information. Ads are limited to content rated at most PG (parental guidance). If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about your child's data, contact us and we will help, including with requests to Google.

9. Changes to this policy

If what the game collects changes, we update this page at the same address and change the effective date above.
